About this template

Wellspring is designed around the questions people actually arrive with. Opening hours and the phone number sit in the header; treatments, clinicians and the appointment process follow immediately. The palette is a soft medical blue on white with rounded corners and generous line spacing, chosen so the site stays comfortable to read for anxious or older visitors.

What is included

  • Opening hours and phone number pinned in the header
  • Treatment list written in plain language
  • Clinician profiles with registration details
  • Four-step appointment process
  • High-contrast, generously spaced typography

Who this template works for

Nothing about the industry is hard-coded. Every heading, service name and photograph is editable, so this design adapts comfortably to any of the following:

  • GP practices
  • Private clinics
  • Physiotherapy
  • Mental health practices
  • Specialist consultants
  • Diagnostic centres

How it behaves on different screens

Desktop

Content is centred in a normal container with a multi-column layout.

Tablet

Grids collapse to two columns and spacing tightens so nothing feels cramped.

Mobile

Single column, a full-width tap-friendly menu, and images sized to the viewport.

The exported site has no framework, no jQuery and no build step — one stylesheet and roughly a kilobyte and a half of JavaScript for the menu, the FAQ accordion and the contact form.

Questions about this template

Is the Wellspring template really free?

Yes — free to download, free to use commercially and free to modify. There is no paid version and no watermark, and you do not need an account. The one condition is a small "Made with StencilNest" credit link in the footer, which is what keeps the templates free.

What do I actually receive?

A ZIP containing a single HTML page, one stylesheet, a small JavaScript file, every image used on the site, a favicon, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, a web manifest and a README explaining how to publish it.

Can I change the colours and fonts?

Yes. The editor exposes the primary and secondary colours, background, text colour, font pairing, corner radius, button style, spacing and container width. Change one value and it applies consistently across the whole site, because the template is built on design tokens.

Can I remove sections I do not need?

This template has 11 editable sections. Any of them can be switched off or reordered in the editor, and switched-off sections are simply not written into the exported files.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Everything is edited through plain form fields with a live preview next to them. If you do know HTML and CSS, the exported code is clean, conventional and easy to edit by hand afterwards.

Where can I host it?

Anywhere that serves static files: shared hosting over FTP, or the free tiers of Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Pages and Cloudflare Pages. The included README walks through each option step by step.
