Every template here is a professionally built starting point, not a finished website for your business. You are expected to replace the text and images, and you are responsible for checking that the result is accurate and appropriate for what you do.

Company names, people, addresses, telephone numbers, prices, statistics, reviews and case studies shown in the templates are invented for illustration. They describe no real business and no real person, and any resemblance is coincidental.

• Placeholder statistics such as "480 projects completed" are examples of formatting, not claims.
• Testimonials are written examples. Never publish them as if a real customer said them.
• Prices and rates illustrate layout. Replace every one of them before going live.
• Certifications and insurance figures shown in templates are fictional and must not be published unless true of your business.

Publishing invented reviews, qualifications or credentials as though they were genuine is unlawful in many places. Replace them.

Templates ship with generated abstract placeholder graphics rather than photographs, so there is never any question about image licensing. Replace them with images you own or are licensed to use. We cannot advise on the rights to any image you add yourself.

StencilNest provides software, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Templates in regulated categories — medical, dental, legal, financial — contain example wording only. Your published website must meet the advertising, disclosure and professional-conduct rules that apply to your field, and checking that is your responsibility.

The contact form in a generated website opens the visitor's email client by default; nothing is stored or transmitted by us. If you connect it to a form service, or otherwise collect personal data on your published site, you become the data controller for that information and will need your own privacy notice and lawful basis.

Templates are built with semantic HTML, keyboard support, focus states and sensible contrast in their default palettes. That is a good foundation, but it is not a compliance guarantee: if you change colours to a low-contrast combination, add images without meaningful alternative text or embed inaccessible third-party widgets, the finished site may not meet WCAG or a local accessibility requirement.

Some pages link to third-party sites such as hosting providers. Those links are for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
